What are soft skills?

Soft skills are interpersonal skills: personal attributes, character traits, inherent social cues & communication skills. Meanwhile, Hard Skills are the industry knowledge and skills.

According to research from Harvard University, the Carnegie Foundation, and Stanford Research Center, career success is comprised of 15% Hard Skills and 85% Soft Skills.

Which accreditation showcases FIG Image Gateway's expertise on soft skills?

Institute of Image Training & Testing International (IITTI) provides tests on the worldwide standard for business soft skills. To learn more, please refer to their website.

FIG Image Gateway pioneered IITTI Certification for training centers in the Philippines in 2016. Our corporate batch passed the examination with flying colors. To learn more and to see our certification, please visit our Company History.

Our senior trainers, Miss Ruby Pacis and Miss Carolina Tan, AICI CIP, are both ITTI First Level Business Certified, with Miss Carol also having IITTI Master Instructor License.

According to Patrick Chun, IITTI’s CEO, “FIG Image Gateway has been many years in the making with solid content development and a track record of excellent train-the-trainer program starting in 2016.”

How will Working Professionals benefit from your programs?

Soft Skills — personal attributes, character traits, inherent social cues & communication skills — brings two kinds of success: personal and professional.

By developing our soft skills, we experience personal success as our image undergoes a total transformation through the enhancement of our Appearance, Behavior and Communication. Some of the benefits include improved personal charisma, effective communication, and social acceptance.

At the same time, soft skills also bring professional success. According to a research from Harvard University, the Carnegie Foundation, and Stanford Research Center, career success is comprised of 15% Hard Skills and 85% Soft Skills. Indeed, investing in our soft skills is as important as investing in our knowledge and industry skills.

How will kids and teens benefit from your programs?

Parents want the best for their kids, so they invest in developing Hard Skills (industry knowledge and technical skills). However, Hard Skills are not enough to set their kids for success. To learn more, read “What Makes Our Kids Shine: Knowledge and Talents Are Not Enough!”

Kids also need Soft Skills. According to a research from Harvard University, the Carnegie Foundation, and Stanford Research Center, career success is comprised of 15% Hard Skills and 85% Soft Skills. To learn more, read “Soft Skill Training: The Best Investment For Our Kids”

Soft Skills empower them in their personal lives: improved personal charisma, effective communication, and social acceptance, while also setting them up for success in their schools and future careers.

Who are the trainers?

Our senior trainers, Miss Ruby Pacis and Miss Carolina Tan, AICI CIP, are both ITTI First Level Business Certified, with Miss Carol also having IITTI Master Instructor License.
